how to pay
PayPal（Credit card payment）（prepayment）is only available
After you make an application and we accepted it, the office will send an email with URL for credit card payment. It may takes a couple of days to complete your reservation.
※One-time payment is only available.(You can't use installments.)

due date
After we accepted your application, we will send an email with URL for payment. Please pay in 4 days since you have got the mail. Reservation will be completed after we confirm your payment.
ticket delivery
Ticket will be usually mailed around 7 days before the event date.

Please note that if you cancel your reservation or reduce the number of persons in your group because of your personal reasons, you have to pay penalty as follows. We will send an email in detail so please confirm.

refund by cancel
Based on organizer's decision, we will refund the entirety of fee if event cancelled by inevitable accident such as natural disaster. It may takes 3 or 4 weeks to refund. We will inform on website about cancel and refund.
